Avocado Toast with Egg



Sometimes simple is just better.

Top two lightly toasted slices of whole-grain bread with smashed avocado and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

I have always loved avocado.

It’s tasty and healthy too, so I decide to share my morning breakfast with you !

This breakfast it takes only 5 mins ! So where to start ?? With avocado of course !

Egg and Avocado recipe ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 eggs

  • Whole-grain or Brown bread sliced

  • Avocado

  • Lime juice

  • Sea salt

  • Black pepper.

  • Parsley

Instructions:

Prepare toast and fried eggs to personal preference , may be with low calories oil tho.

Peel and mash avocado with lime juice , salt and pepper.

Spread avocado on each slice of toast the top each with fried egg and additional seeds you prefer.

Serve immediately.
